1. All good once sold changed cannot be returned or exchanged. 2. Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your Vijay Electronics Return Policy. Products that are returned to Vijay Electronics with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused. 3. All products purchased at Samsung Vijay Electronics is backed by the Samsung's warranty first and foremost. Product that is determined to be defective by the manufacturer will be qualified for repair/replacement at our sole discretion. 4. The order fulfilment is subject to availability of stock. While we try to update stock on the site with greater accuracy, We may be bound to unavoidable circumstances like lack of Supply, product outage or stock availability and thereby unable to process your order. All physical damages are not replaceable and cannot be returned. If you return any physically damaged item to India, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
